Welcome to Dewdrop Script! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before exploring our portfolio or engaging in our custom calligraphy services. By accessing or using our online platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services.

By accessing and using our site and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

3. Custom Orders and Consultations

For custom projects, engagement begins with a consultation to discuss vision, scope, materials, and timeline. All custom proposals will outline specific deliverables, pricing, and payment schedules. Acceptance of a proposal signifies agreement to the terms specified therein.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to commence work on bespoke orders. Final payment is due upon completion and before delivery of the finished artwork or product.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the calligraphy and design work produced by Dewdrop Script, is the property of Dewdrop Script and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Clients are granted a license to use the final artwork for the purpose agreed upon in their specific project proposal. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing, Dewdrop Script retains all reproduction rights to its artwork, including the right to use custom designs for portfolio display, marketing, and promotional purposes.

5. Revisions and Proofing

For custom projects, a specified number of revisions will be included as part of the initial proposal. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.

Clients are responsible for diligently proofreading all drafts provided. Dewdrop Script will not be held responsible for errors discovered after final approval and production.

6. Pricing and Payments

Pricing for workshops and standard items will be clearly listed on our site. Custom project pricing will be detailed in individual proposals. All payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule in the project proposal.

We accept various payment methods as specified in our invoices or on our site. Services will not commence or products will not be delivered until payments are successfully processed.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies for workshops and custom orders will be outlined during the booking process or in individual project proposals. Generally, deposits for custom work are non-refundable. Refunds for workshops are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of registration.

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, completed custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Dewdrop Script strives for excellence in all its endeavors. However, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services or site.

While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping, Dewdrop Script is not responsible for damages or delays incurred once items are handed over to shipping carriers. Shipping insurance may be offered or recommended for valuable items.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will indicate that changes have been made by updating the date at the top of these terms. Your continued use of our site and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
